Also, a visit to Port Stephens is not complete without experiencing the incredible 30 km stretch of sand dunes and beach of Stockton Beach via Anna Bay. AIR-Newcastle airport only 30 minutes drive direct flights available from capital cities contact Virgin Blue, Jetstar or Rex or go to websites for special on line offers BUS- Coach transport available contact Port Stepens coaches,Mcaffertys or Premier Buses for timetables, bus stop located outside resort. CAR- 2 1/2 hour drive North of Sydney take the F3 through to Pacific Highway toward Taree take the Raymond Terrace exit. Once in Nelson Bay follow main , continue past the Marina and veer right toward Shoal Bay, the resort is on the right 100m from the beach.
