This rate is for accommodation only - if you would like a cooked breakfast included there is an additional charge of $10 per person - we usually serve breakfast on our front verandah overlooking the waterfront...very relaxing. Please advise when you call if you require breakfast.

This suite has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a single bed in a small room off the private lounge area -perfect for families or 3 adults. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area which can be used for additional guests (additional charge).

This rate is for two adults accommodation only - additional $20 per night applicable for third person sharing. If you would like a cooked breakfast included, which we usually serve on our front verandah overlooking the waterfront - very relaxing - an additional charge of $10 per person is applicable. Our beaches span 41kms from Hawks nest to the remote and pristine beaches of the Myall Lakes National Park...relax in the clear blue waters - lots of great snorkelling spots on the northern shores of Port Stephens . We have a lovely 18hole golf course if you feel active and throw in a fishing line at one of the many spots along the riverfront - the choice is yours.

We are located about two hours north of Sydney via the F3 freeway and then the Pacific Highway.
