This unspoilt seaside haven offers surfing, patrolled beaches, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, boat hire, kayaking, fishing, golf, lawn bowls, dolphin & whale watching, beach & bush 4wd, arts/crafts, sand dunes, ferry trips to Nelson Bay (a fantastic experience), cafes, restaurants, hotels.

Getting There:

Travel 2 hours north of Sydney along the Pacific Highway, the Tea Gardens/Hawkes Nest turn off is approximately 10 km north of Karuah. There is the Rock Service Station travel 800 metres and turn right into Tea Gardens Road. continue along this road, past the shopping centre and turn left into Coupland ave and this will join Marine Dve.
