The BookPortStephens.com.au website has recently been launched.

Our objective is to promote tourist accommodation in the Port Stephens area. We are currently working with local and international tour operators to promote the 'Blue Water Paradise' known as Port Stephens. Our clients vary from couples to large overseas companies.

Property Owners

If you are a property owner and would like to list your property on BookPortStephens.com.au - 

This is an invitation:

  • To list your property for FREE
  • Manage your own property
  • NO setup fees
  • NO subscription fees
  • NO ongoing yearly membership and ZERO costs.
  • FREE upload of property details and images
  • We do however ask 10% commission for each booking made.
  • FREE Upload of your rates and availability (weekly via fax or email) 

BookPortStephens.com.au has software which enables listings to be updated for up to 365 days in advance. Or can be updated daily, weekly, etc. This is great for presetting rates for next year and taking early bookings.

There is a 'Last Minute' rate option and minimum stay.

There are 3 options to list your property:

·      Instant Availability      Accommodation available to be sold instantly in real time.

·      Sold Out                        Room already booked for that night through other sources.

·      Upon Request             Great for smaller properties such as, B & B's, units, apartments, houses, boutique hotel/motels, that have limited inventory OR that are listed through other website/advertising.

An email and SMS/Text is sent to you. A simple ACCEPT or DECLINE button is set to decide if you would like the booking. No chance of double booking. Use individually or a combination. (More details on website - 'Benefits')

P.S. Step 1  Go to "List your Property" and create your free property listing. 

       Step 2  Email us with the details you would like uploaded - that is, all info, images, rates, etc, or a selection of either.
